    Very good

Luxurious and modern venue, easy location just next door to the Royal Palace/Plaza de Oriente, a cobbled street away and the Opera and the King´s Palace. Very amiable staff, early check-in and lively bar. Beautifully decorated room with a very fancy decor and a great bathroom. Private parking nearby provided. A computer in the reception, convenient.

This place is in a fantastic location, only 1 km from a large pedestrianized public square, and the rooms are luxurious and very clean, with a living room and a kitchenette area.

I loved the quiet ambiance of the elegant rooms. The location to metro and sight seeing buses was great. Local food places were a joy to find during our leisurely walks.

Thanks to its unbeatable location we were near a museum and a palace. Was in a nice quiet area and near restaurants and bars.

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and welcoming personnel. It has a great location, just a 15-minute walk to an iconic street and close to the Palace, Opera House, beautiful Old Town, fun restaurants in Malasana, and Casa de Madrid. The service is excellent, and they offer parking outside. They also offer late check-out, making for a memorable stay.

The hotel's location was magnificent and lovely, very close to the Palace and the Opera House and the beautiful Old Town. The breakfast was sensational with preserves, hot croissants plus a spectacular view of the Opera. The staff helped with dinner reservations.

Tle location was perfect, the owner & the staff were so kind and helpful, the decoration of the house was so nice, the room was so nice and clean (they clean the room twice a day)

The breakfast was weak (2 marmelades and a piece of butter).

The hotel in the Centro neighborhood of Madrid is perfectly located right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions nearby. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, from the unique old furniture in the library to the immense old-world charm that envelops the rooms. The bathroom in particular is formidable, with its luxurious features that add an extra touch of indulgence to the stay. Additionally, the breakfast served on trays in sometimes awkward positions is included in the price and comes with some biscuits, which is a nice touch.

All was perfectly fine; no improvements needed.

This hotel/apartment is absolutely fantastic and we felt very lucky to have found such a special place so close to everything in Madrid. It was like staying with a very wealthy maiden aunt. The staff could not have been any more helpful and the atmosphere is an experience in itself.

It is a converted home, and this is how it feels.

Personal touch. Music system and CDs in room. Drinks also placed in room for consumption.

Amazing hotel. We had a very good rate for our room and subsequently I was not expecting much. The room and the overall hotel were outstanding. The lady who owns the hotel obviously loves having people there and is keen to show off her home to its best advantage. Absolutely delightful.
